Information you provide
When you create an account, we process your email address, display name, authentication details, saved releases, and account preferences. When you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message. Order history may include product, date, amount, payment reference, and billing email.
How we use it
We use account information to sign you in, save your favorite releases, display your order history, respond to support requests, and protect the website from misuse. Your password is handled by Firebase Authentication; the website does not store it in a profile document.
Services involved
The website uses Google Firebase for authentication, data storage, and hosting. Stripe handles payment records associated with previous purchases. Our new store is not accepting purchases yet. These providers process information needed to supply their services.
Streaming platforms
Following a streaming link takes you to another service, such as Spotify or Apple Music. That service’s own privacy policy and terms apply. A Thriversify account is separate from your streaming account, and we do not receive your streaming password.
Storage and your choices
We keep account data while needed to provide your account and support. Certain transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or other obligations. You can remove saved favorites in your account. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, contact support@thriversify.com from your account email; we may verify your identity before acting.
